libgtkglextmm-x11-1.2-dev software package provides C++ bindings for GtkGLExt (Development files), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgtkglextmm-x11-1.2-dev
libgtkglextmm-x11-1.2-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgtkglextmm-x11-1.2-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgtkglextmm-x11-1.2-dev *
